Conference entitled “Networks and the digitization of art cinemas” was opened by Nina Peče, Director of Kinodvor, municipal cinema. Kinodvor organized the conference in cooperation with Europa Cinemas and Slovenian Film Fund in order to gather representatives of film industry in Slovenia, and provide them with important information and examples of national and international cinema networks. In doing so, the main goal was to sensitize Slovenian cinemas and public authorities to the relevant and present issues of cinematography, especially the topic of digital transition of cinemas.
