Instructions

This (quite long) questionnaire will be used first by the Selection Committee, and then to compile the Seminar Who’s Who. It should take you around 30’

This form must be posted by June 1st, 2008 at the latest.
It should be filled in your national language (if you are French, German, or Italian), otherwise in English.
The boxes with a STAR* are compulsory. We advice that you fill in most boxes to allow a proper evaluation of your application by the Committee. The personal data asked is abundant, to follow the security requirements of the Mostra when releasing accreditations to the film festival.
